Beacon was excellent after our roof was destroyed by hail two summers ago. Got the job done quickly and efficiently in one day. Coordination and payment were very easy and professional. 100% recommend!

The guys who did the work were respectful to us and our property and did a great job of cleaning up when the project was finished. Beacon was was very responsive to my request to replace a few broken roof tiles. They found a few more that were cracking and would need replacing soon. They were able to get more materials and returned the same day to finish the job while communicating the need with me. Very easy to work with.

We have used Beacon twice now in the last 7 years due to hail damage. Both times Omiah and Andy have been so great to work with. Their crews are courteous and efficient and clean up at the end of each day. They show up when they say they will be there and work hard all day long. They took care of handling all of the insurance claims for us as well. It was so easy for us–we hired them and they did the rest for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their home ..whether an insurance claim or just upgrading their surroundings. I would not hesitate for a moment to call on them again!!

It’s never a fun experience dealing with an insurance claim, but Beacon came to the house, and explained the process and then delivered. They were quick and did the job right. I had some extra work that the insurance adjuster didn’t account for, but Beacon fixed it up properly and then got it processed through my insurance company.

We had an excellent experience with Beacon Restoration. They were recommended to us by our realtor following a major hail storm at a house that we were going to be selling soon. We were on a tight timeline and needed the repairs done as soon as possible to avoid any delays when selling.

Amazingly, Andy and Omiah were out the same day to do an inspection. The roof obviously needed to be replaced and they provided excellent information and advice, and they were extremely helpful in pointing out other damage that we had not noticed. They also came back to meet the insurance appraiser to make sure that everything was documented properly.

They completed the work extremely quickly. We were the first house in the neighborhood to get our roof replaced after the storm. The storm occurred in August and some houses are still waiting for roofs in March — not us!

Their communication was great at every step, and they did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use Beacon Restoration again or to recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work.

We had leaking around the chimney on Tuesday. I called Ryan on Wednesday. He came out on Thursday. The flashing a few errant tiles were completely repaired on Saturday. Amazing response time! The Beacon Restoration team promptly visited my commercial building to assess hail damage and created an action plan to repair a roof that had been causing interior water damage from snow melt following this seasons storms. Beacon did such an incredible job all around! Beacon did a full replacement of our roof, after experiencing major leaking inside the home due to poor installation from the previous roofing company. Andy was extremely prompt, responsive and available throughout the entire process. Andy also helped coordinate project timing and transitions with the siding company who was installing all new siding and gutters, so the process was seamless throughout. When I was initially trying to get bids from roofing companies, I was shocked by other companies lack of response time, comprehensive evaluation, feedback and general professionalism.
