I was extremely pleased with Beacon Roofing from start to finish. Their communication, professionalism, and execution were top-notch. Beacon was the third company I contacted for a quote, and they were the only one that actually took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire roof. They used a drone to assess it and sent me detailed photos so I could see exactly what they were seeing. The other companies I contacted only evaluated the roof from the ground. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t immediately try to sell me a new roof. They explained that we could hold off on replacement and make repairs instead, which gave me a lot of confidence that they were giving me an honest assessment rather than simply trying to sell the biggest job. Ultimately, we decided to replace the roof. Even then, they didn’t try to upsell us on the most expensive shingle. They actually recommended a Class 3 shingle as a good option for our home. I was the one who decided to upgrade to a Class 4 shingle, mainly because of the additional durability and expected lifespan. I really appreciated that their recommendations were based on what they thought we actually needed rather than simply trying to increase the cost of the project. Their quote was very reasonable and competitive, and we chose Beacon because of the combination of their pricing, thoroughness, and excellent communication. They then delivered exactly as promised. Materials were dropped off the day before, and the entire new roof was installed the following day, in just one day. I’ve watched other roofing projects drag on for multiple days and sometimes much longer, so I was very impressed with how efficiently their crew completed the job. I worked directly with Drew and Ryan, one of the owners, and both were extremely nice, respectful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Beacon Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and reliable roofing company. Excellent experience with Ryan, Hugo and the crew with Beacon. We’re new owners in the area and arranged for Beacon to inspect and repair a number of items that were identified in an inspection report. My experience with Beacon Roofing, Ryan in particular, was outstanding.  Not only was his bid 42% lower than other bids I received, he identified wind damage I was not aware of which ultimately led to a legitimate insurance claim which reduced the cost to the amount of my deductible.  Dealing with Ryan was a breath of fresh air.   Do you remember back when people would show up on time and do what they say they are going to do?  That is how Ryan does business. Although our project was small, Beacon Roofing handled our needs as if it were a much larger project.  The response time from the time of the initial call to the day in which the work was complete occurred quickly and without any delay.  I met with Ryan, the sales representative on the same day of my initial call.  Ryan listened to my needs and then physically inspected the issues.  He then informed me that the work would take a few hours to complete it and that his crew member would arrive within a two-day window. If you’re looking for a roofing company, look no further. I had several companies come out to inspect my roof and provide estimates, but none matched the professionalism, quality, and customer service of the team at Beacon. They earned my trust from the beginning by being honest, responsive, and transparent. When we ran into a scheduling conflict for some repairs, Ryan personally messaged me every day with updates, which really showed how much they care about their customers and their communication. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer service. Carlton and Ryan provided amazing customer service and guided me through a very difficult insurance claim process. They fought for me when dealing with the insurance company and supported me every step of the way. Their pricing was a little higher than some competitors (about $1,200 more), but the reliability, communication, and results made it well worth it. One thing I learned through this experience is that if you own a rental property, always carry code upgrade coverage on your insurance policy. If you want the BEST in roofing, these are your guys!  Fantastic & timely communication.  Made the process with my insurance company easy and fluid.  The installation crew was kind, efficient, and did a phenomenal job (even some above and beyond minor repairs on my chimney cover simply because they noticed it). I am SO HAPPY with Beacon Roofing : )
