Andy has been in the insurance restoration and construction business since 2001. He is a HAAG Engineering certified roof inspector and a former licensed insurance adjuster. Andy has managed one of the largest roofing contracting companies in Florida and adjusted over eight million dollars in property claims. Since moving back to Colorado Andy has assisted Beacon in becoming one of the premier roofing and restoration companies in Colorado. Andy and his beautiful family reside in Ken Caryl Valley, Littleton

Omiah is a Colorado native and has been in the insurance restoration and construction business since 2002. Omiah has successfully developed and owned multiple businesses in the construction industry. With Beacon Restoration, Omiah has created a company that has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and is a preferred contractor with multiple manufacturers. Beacon Restoration grows primarily through word of mouth and a solid reputation.

Ryan Haight is a proud Colorado native, living in Centennial with his wife, Lindsey, their two daughters, Collins (4) and Peyton (1), and Bernese Mountain Dog named Baloo. When he’s not spending time with his family, Ryan enjoys exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, fishing, camping, or hunting. His love for nature inspires his approach to life and work, bringing authenticity and dedication to all that he does.
Ryan is excited to join Beacon Roofing alongside Andy and Omiah. His favorite aspect of the roofing business is reshaping the industry’s narrative—ensuring homeowners receive the education, support, and guidance they need throughout the roofing process. Graydon recently moved to Aspen after spending many years visiting the Roaring Fork Valley. He started his career in sales and marketing. He found himself moving to NYC where he was a headhunter within the accounting and finance space. He now joins Beacon as a Project Manager where he oversees daily operations, maintains and builds lasting relationships with homeowners and property managers, and assists in marketing efforts. Graydon spends his free time hiking, camping, and adapting to his beautiful new hometown.
